What are High Hemp Wraps made of?

High Hemp Wraps are made from 100% organic hemp โ€” no tobacco, no nicotine, no GMOs. They're vegan, gluten-free, and crafted without pesticides, antibiotics, growth stimulants, or formulated fertilizers.

What are Hemp Cones?

Hemp cones are pre-rolled hemp wraps shaped into an open cone around a filter tip, ready to fill. High Hemp Artisanal Cones are made from the same organic hemp paper as our wraps.

What flavors are available?

10 flavors: Original, Maui Mango, HoneyPot Swirl, GrapeApe, HydroLemonade, Bare Berry, Blazin' Cherry, BananaGoo, Pineapple Paradise, and Dutch Cream. All use natural, vegan-friendly ingredients.

Do High Hemp Wraps contain CBD?

Yes โ€” naturally CBD positive (CBD+). Our wraps contain naturally occurring CBDs as part of the hemp plant's composition. They are not infused with CBD.

Do High Hemp Wraps contain THC?

No. Hemp lacks the psychoactive compound THC, ensuring a THC-free experience.

Why do High Hemp Wraps burn slower?

The natural fibers of hemp ensure a slow, even burn โ€” giving you a smoother, longer session compared to tobacco-based alternatives.

Are High Hemp products gluten-free?

Yes. Our products do not contain any proteins found in wheat, rye, barley, triticale, or their byproducts.

What about the warning label?

We give you the cleanest paper with minimal ingredients. Combustion of any smokable product creates carbon monoxide. The warning label is regulatory protocol and does not reflect added chemicals.

How should I store High Hemp products? Tip

Store indoors, out of direct sunlight, in a dry setting between 60โ€“85ยฐF. Use the resealable pouches on our Wraps and Cones to keep unused products fresh after opening.

My wraps are dry or not sticking Tip

Hemp is naturally drier than tobacco wraps coated with glycerin. Nothing is wrong with your wrap โ€” it just needs warmth and moisture:

1. Hold the wrap in your hands to warm it up
2. Bring it to your mouth and exhale
3. Repeat until soft and pliable
4. Roll and enjoy!

How do I apply a promo code?

At checkout, scroll to "Order summary," enter your code in the discount field, and click Apply before clicking "Pay Now."

Can I cancel my order?

Once placed, we cannot cancel orders โ€” fulfillment begins immediately. You can request a return or exchange after receiving it.

Can I edit my order?

We cannot change items, quantities, or addresses once an order is placed.

Adding items: Place a separate order.
Changing address: Contact USPS or UPS directly to reroute using your tracking number.

Why was my order cancelled?

Our system may flag orders as potentially fraudulent (mismatched addresses, failed payment attempts, etc.). You'll be refunded โ€” simply place your order again.

Why were items removed from my order?

Items may be removed if they went out of stock or were part of an expired promotion. You'll be refunded for any removed items.

I didn't receive a confirmation email

Check your spam/junk folder first. If nothing is there, the order may not have been placed or the email was entered incorrectly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Track at usps.com or your dashboard. Allow 2โ€“3 days for tracking to become active.

Package marked "delivered" but not received

This sometimes happens when the carrier scans early โ€” it often arrives within 1โ€“2 days. It could also mean delivery to a neighbor or theft. Wait 3 business days, then contact us.

Tracking hasn't updated in 2+ days

Your package may be stuck in transit. This often resolves itself. Watch tracking for 3 more days before contacting us.

This happens with incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts. You'll receive an automatic refund once it arrives back at our warehouse.

Order shipped to the wrong address

We can't edit addresses after placement. You can reroute through USPS Package Intercept or UPS My Choice using your tracking number.

Items missing, wrong, or damaged
