Free Shipping on Orders Over $60
Standard shipping via USPS on all domestic orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Please verify that your email, shipping, and billing information is correct before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once the order is submitted.

Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Important: Duties & Taxes
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your checkout total. These charges are determined by your country's customs office.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through your account dashboard.
If your package appears delayed, stuck, or missing, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. If you need additional help, email us at orders@highhemp.co.
Good to Know
• Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier's possession. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be reported to USPS.
• P.O. Box addresses are supported for USPS deliveries.
• All sale items are final sale.
Wholesale Shipping
Wholesale orders ship from our Orlando, FL facility via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on order size. Shipping rates are calculated in real-time on the wholesale dashboard based on package weight and destination.
For pallet-sized orders, freight shipping is available. Contact wholesale@highhemp.co for freight quotes.
