When you buy from a retailer, your payment goes to them โ not to us. Since we never received your payment, we're unable to refund it. But that doesn't mean we can't make it right. We made the product, so we'll make sure you're happy with it.

โข In most cases, we don't need the product back. Keep it, share it, pass it to a friend โ it's yours.
โข If a return is ever needed, we'll send you a prepaid label. You'll never pay for return shipping.
โข Refunds for online purchases are processed within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method.

โข For packages lost or damaged during shipping, contact the carrier with your tracking number first. If you need more help, reach out to us.
โข Retail customers: we'll do our best to help with any issue. While we can't offer a cash refund (since the payment went to the retailer), we will always work with you to find a solution โ whether that's a fresh product, store credit, or something else.
