3. Purchases & Payment

When making a purchase, you may be required to provide billing and shipping information, including payment card details. You represent that:

We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe) to facilitate transactions. We do not store your payment card details. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share it with these processors in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, order errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing & Product Information

We strive to provide accurate pricing and product descriptions. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Products may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Service. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Prices on our website are retail prices and may differ from prices at third-party retail locations that carry High Hemp products.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

• Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
• Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days of placement
• Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified — this includes items, quantities, and shipping address
• Please verify all information (email, shipping address, billing) before submitting your order

6. Shipping

• We offer free standard shipping (USPS) on domestic orders over $60
• We ship internationally; duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included at checkout
• Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier
• We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered while in the carrier's possession
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary

7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased directly from highhemp.co:

• Purchased from highhemp.co: You may request a full refund, product replacement, or store credit within 90 days of purchase. In most cases, you may keep the product. We cover return shipping if a return is needed.
• Purchased from a third-party retailer: We can offer a product replacement or store credit, but refunds are not available. For refunds, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase.
• All sale items are final sale
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
• Store credit never expires

8. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale purchases are governed by the terms presented on the Wholesale Dashboard and may include separate pricing, minimum order requirements, and shipping arrangements. Wholesale accounts require approval. High Hemp Co. reserves the right to modify wholesale pricing, terms, and availability at any time.

9. Promotions, Contests & Rewards

Promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or loyalty rewards programs may be subject to separate rules and terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific rules and these Terms, the promotion rules will govern. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, packaging, and software — are the exclusive property of High Hemp Co. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and international jurisdictions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Service without our prior written consent. The High Hemp® name, logo, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' experience
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service
• Resell products purchased from the Service without authorization

12. Product Warnings & Disclaimers

High Hemp products are intended for use by adults aged 21 and older. Our products are designed for use with legal herbs and blends only.

With any smokable product, combustion creates carbon monoxide and other byproducts. The warning labels on our products are required by regulatory protocol. While our products contain no tobacco and no nicotine, smoking any substance carries inherent health risks.

High Hemp Co. makes no health claims regarding its products. Consult a healthcare professional with any health-related questions.

13. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by High Hemp Co. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, High Hemp Co. and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless High Hemp Co. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and High Hemp Co. regarding the Service.

19. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

20. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days' notice before the new terms take effect, either through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Precios e Información del Producto

• Una vez realizado un pedido, no se puede cancelar ni modificar

6. Envío

• Ofrecemos envío estándar gratuito (USPS) en pedidos domésticos superiores a $60
• Realizamos envíos internacionales; los aranceles, impuestos y tarifas de importación son responsabilidad del comprador
• Una vez que un paquete sale de nuestras instalaciones, se convierte en responsabilidad del transportista
• No somos responsables de paquetes perdidos, robados, dañados o no entregados mientras estén en posesión del transportista

7. Garantía de Satisfacción y Devoluciones

Ofrecemos una garantía de satisfacción de 90 días en todos los productos comprados directamente en highhemp.co:

• Comprado en highhemp.co: Puede solicitar un reembolso completo, reemplazo del producto o crédito de tienda dentro de los 90 días de la compra. En la mayoría de los casos, puede conservar el producto.
• Comprado en un minorista: Podemos ofrecer un reemplazo o crédito de tienda, pero no reembolsos.
• Todos los artículos en oferta son venta final
• Los reembolsos se procesan en 5 a 7 días hábiles

8. Pedidos al Por Mayor

Las compras al por mayor se rigen por los términos presentados en el Panel de Mayoristas y pueden incluir precios, requisitos mínimos y arreglos de envío separados. Las cuentas al por mayor requieren aprobación. High Hemp Co. se reserva el derecho de modificar los precios, términos y disponibilidad al por mayor en cualquier momento.

9. Promociones, Concursos y Recompensas

Las promociones, concursos, sorteos o programas de lealtad pueden estar sujetos a reglas y términos separados. En caso de conflicto entre las reglas de una promoción y estos Términos, las reglas de la promoción prevalecerán. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar o discontinuar cualquier promoción en cualquier momento.

10. Propiedad Intelectual

El Servicio y todo su contenido — incluyendo texto, gráficos, logotipos, imágenes, diseños de productos, empaque y software — son propiedad exclusiva de High Hemp Co. y están protegidos por leyes de derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual de los Estados Unidos, el Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico y jurisdicciones internacionales.

No puede reproducir, distribuir, modificar, exhibir públicamente ni usar de otra manera ningún contenido del Servicio sin nuestro consentimiento previo por escrito.

11. Conducta del Usuario

Usted acepta no:

• Usar el Servicio para cualquier propósito ilegal
• Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a cualquier parte del Servicio
• Enviar información falsa o engañosa

• Usar medios automatizados para acceder al Servicio

12. Advertencias y Descargos sobre Productos

Los productos High Hemp están destinados para uso por adultos de 21 años o más. Nuestros productos están diseñados para uso con hierbas y mezclas legales únicamente.

Con cualquier producto fumable, la combustión crea monóxido de carbono y otros subproductos. Las etiquetas de advertencia son requeridas por protocolo regulatorio. Aunque nuestros productos no contienen tabaco ni nicotina, fumar cualquier sustancia conlleva riesgos inherentes para la salud.

13. Enlaces a Sitios de Terceros

El Servicio puede contener enlaces a sitios web de terceros no controlados por High Hemp Co. No asumimos responsabilidad por el contenido, políticas de privacidad o prácticas de sitios de terceros.

14. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, High Hemp Co. y sus directores, empleados, socios, agentes, proveedores y afiliados no serán responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos que resulten del uso o la imposibilidad de usar el Servicio.

15. Descargo de Garantías

El Servicio se proporciona "TAL CUAL" y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD" sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas. High Hemp Co. no garantiza que el Servicio funcione sin interrupciones, sea seguro o esté libre de errores.

16. Indemnización

Usted acepta defender, indemnizar y mantener indemne a High Hemp Co. y sus funcionarios, directores, empleados, contratistas, agentes y proveedores de cualquier reclamo, daño, obligación, pérdida, costo o gasto que surja de su uso del Servicio o violación de estos Términos.

17. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción

Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico y la ley federal aplicable. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico.

18. Divisibilidad

Si alguna disposición de estos Términos se considera inválida o inaplicable, las disposiciones restantes permanecerán en pleno vigor y efecto. Estos Términos constituyen el acuerdo completo entre usted y High Hemp Co. con respecto al Servicio.

19. Terminación

Podemos terminar o suspender su cuenta y acceso al Servicio en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso, por cualquier razón, incluyendo incumplimiento de estos Términos. Las disposiciones que por su naturaleza deban sobrevivir a la terminación lo harán.

20. Cambios a Estos Términos

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Para cambios materiales, proporcionaremos al menos 15 días de aviso. Su uso continuado del Servicio después de que los cambios entren en vigor constituye su aceptación de los Términos revisados.
